Delivery and Set-Up All Hoosier Wallbed products have a local delivery and installation charge of $250.00 for the bed and $100 for each side cabinet. Local delivery will be any location in a 100 mile radius from Cincinnati, Ohio. Any location outside the local delivery area will incur a shipping charge via common ground carrier based on the delivery location. For products shipped outside the local area, the buyer will assume responsibility for installation, or Hoosier Wallbeds can be contracted to install the products for a negotiated fee. Hoosier Wallbeds will act as an agent for the customer during the warranty period and will work with SICO on all warranty issues.
Cabinetry Warranty Fully warrants all cabinetry to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. Product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired to a serviceable condition free of charge to the original purchaser for the said period, providing the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers printed maintenance instructions attached to all Hoosier WallBeds cabinetry. The foregoing is Hoosier Wallbeds' exclusive warranty with respect to the cabinetry. Hoosier Wallbeds makes no warrranties of merchantability or fitness of purpose, and makes no other warranties except for the warranties stated above. All repairs and returns must be approved, in writing, by Hoosier Wallbeds in conjunction with SICO before action is taken. Bedding Warranty Fully warrants all bedding (box spring and mattress) to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. Product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired to a serviceable condition free of charge to the original purchaser for the said period, providing the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers printed maintenance instructions attached to all Hoosier WallBeds cabinetry. General Information All claims are to be reported to the address above. The product serial number will be required to process and authorize any warranty claim. Repair or replacement in accordance with the foregoing procedures is the buyers sole and exclusive remedy for product defective products, whether the buyer's claim arises under contract, tort, or otherwise. Hoosier Wallbeds and SICO shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and in any event Hoosier Wallbeds' liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the products purchased.
